Fat Cat Foods visits the Ancient Olive in Winter Park on May 11, from 3-6p, for a special pre-Mother’s Day tasting. For the event, the Fat Cats will prepare two unique dishes, each one incorporating one or more of their award-winning sauces. The menu includes the following:
- Chef Peter’s Blueberry, Blue Cheese & Basil Crostini with Honey & Papaya Pequin Passion Sauce
- “Cat in Heat” Bloody Mary
The dishes should make a perfect addition to any Mother’s Day menu and will be free to try. In addition, the Fat Cats will also sample their entire line of award-winning sauces and will also be handing out recipe cards (while supplies last) to anyone interested in making these delicious dishes at home.
