Our version of the popular Thai-style condiment sriracha features a base red chilies, roasted red peppers and garlic and showcases both the punch of our chilies as well as their natural sun-ripened sweetness. And it's preservative-free (unlike that famous rooster sauce) -- making it a great alternative to that product, albeit with a more complex flavor.

SUGGESTED USES:
Use wherever you use standard sriracha
In stir-fries, in soups, as a marinade, in sauces, on sandwiches, eggs, pizza, sushi, wings, etc.
Mix with mayo and a little lemon to make sriracha mayo (see recipe below)

Fat Cat Siamese Sriracha Mayo
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2-4 tablespoons Fat Cat Siamese Sriracha (depending on heat level)
1 tsp lemon juice
Stir all ingredients in a bowl until we combined and let sit 30 minutes for flavors to meld before using.
