We’ve taken the Bahamian standard, the Scotch Bonnet, paired it with onions, serranos, Jamaican curry powder and more, to create a savory, complex and fiery condiment that adds the exotic flavors of the Caribbean to any dish.

Tasting Notes

Starts sweet and savory, courtesy of melted sweet onions at its foundation, followed by a complex garlic-onion-green-chili middle ground and then a fruity, intense and lifting scotch bonnet burn to finish. The Jamaican curry (with pimento/allspice) underscores the experience while never being overpowering. Mouthwatering.
