Orlando, FL based Fat Cat Gourmet Foods is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Eyal Goldshmid and Deborah Moskowitz, two long-time foodies who decided to make their passion for exploring flavorful and fiery food their full-time profession.
Fat Cat’s award-winning sauces focus on that magical middle ground where flavor and fire meet. Their products feature exotic flavor combinations, all-natural ingredients and heat levels ranging from mild to super-hot. They are purr-fect for grilling, marinating, dipping and more.
“The goal of our sauces is to use flavor and heat as complements," says Goldshmid, "so that we can provide unique, exotic, tasty twists to food, instead of just overwhelming flavors nothing but heat."
How did Fat Cat get its name?

Deborah and Eyal had a cat named Tiggy.
When they first got Tiggy, she was small and wiry. But she loved to eat, and little by little Tiggy grew and grew and grew…..
Tiggy peaked at 23 lbs. Not the fattest cat in the world, of course, but certainly large to be noticed when she decided to jump on your head at 5am and demand feeding.
While Tiggy is no longer with us, we fondly remember the fact that Tiggy’s head has remained small over the years, even after the rest of her ballooned exponentially. Yikes!
Anyway, one day Deborah and Eyal were watching TV and noticed Tiggy sprawled out over the floor in front of them. The cat’s stomach seemed to take up two-thirds of her actual size — so large that both of them marveled at it.
“Wow, that’s one fat cat!” Deborah said….. and the name of our company was born.

Placing/Tracking/Cancelling an Order
Placing/Tracking/Cancelling an Order
To order from us, simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "Checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we usually will ship your package within 1-2 business days or order receipt.
After placing an order, you will receive an email notification confirming the order. A second email will be sent once the order ships and will contain tracking information for your order within it; again, this typically happens within 1-2 days of your order confirmation email. You will receive a third email when your order has been delivered.
To cancel an order after it has been confirmed, please Contact Us immediately, making sure to reference your order number and what you'd like done (cancel/change, etc.). Once the change has been confirmed we will contact you.

Shipping destinations
We ship our products primarily within the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska and APOs)
We can also fulfill orders internationally to Canada, Europe and Australia.
Shipping times
Most U.S. orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt, except on
weekends and holidays when they will ship on the next business day.
Order confirmation and shipment tracking information, respectively,
will be emailed to you once your order has been generated and after it
is ready for shipment and/or pickup. You will also receive an email
confirming delivery once it has been delivered to the address in the
order by the carrier.
Most U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and arrive
approximately 1-5 days after carrier pickup, depending on address
location. In some instances, orders may take longer to arrive due to
carrier delays or other shipping issues. Contact Us
directly if you have questions about the delivery or arrival of your
order and we will investigate tracking with the carrier for you if
requested.
Orders shipped outside the US, including APOs and addresses in
Alaska and Hawaii, can take anywhere from 10-21 days to arrive, based on
distance traveled and customs clearances. In some instances, especially
during the holiday season, this delivery period may extend to 28-30

Shipping cost
U.S. based orders over $50 in subtotal receive free standard shipping
Orders under $50 in subtotal will be charged $7.99 for standard
shipping. Full cost of shipping per order placed will be displayed at
time of checkout.
International shipping rates fluctuate depending on order size and
distance to final destination. Full cost of shipping as well as VAT (if
applicable) will be displayed per order at time of checkout.
Single Bottle Orders/Amazon
Because our direct shipping costs are fixed to final order amount, we
highly suggest smaller orders of 1 or 2 bottles be placed our Amazon
page, which will absorb shipping costs for smaller orders.

Fat Cat's Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for each online purchase you make on our site! You can then redeem those points for a cash equivilent discount on your next order from our website.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up for a Reward Points account on our website via this link or sign in to your current account at the same URL)
- Make a purchase on our website and receive 5 Reward Points for each $1 spent (with 100 points equaling $1 redeemable). Once your order has been placed, your Reward Points are redeemable.
- To redeem your Reward Points for credit towards your next purchase, first sign into your Reward Points and click on the "Redeem" link. Follow the instructions on screen to create a coupon code for the number of points you wish to redeem. Copy and Paste that code and enter it into appropriate "Coupon" box during checkout to apply that amount towards your purchase price.
Important notes:
Your Reward Points do not expire.
Use your Reward Points towards any or all of your order and pay any remaining amount by credit card if applicable.
Reward Points must be applied at time of purchase and cannot be applied post-purchase.
Reward Points are earned by total amount purchased (including shipping costs) but cannot be applied towards shipping charges.
Reward Points cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes but you will still earn Reward Points when using a coupon code for your purchase.

As we sell a consumable food product, to be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and ready for immediate resale. Items that do not meet these qualities will be disqualified for possibility of refund or return.
To enable a return, please Contact Us with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will reply to the request with instructions on how and where to send returned goods.
We strongly recommend you ship returned goods with traceable postage to avoid the possibility of "lost packages" or other similar situations as we cannot accept a return if we do not receive it.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item(s) has been received and inspected, customer will be notified via email from the Seller about the status of the refund and return.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased from third-party companies and/or brick and mortar stores. Please return those items or seek refunds for your purchase from their places of purchase.
Damaged Products
While we will do our best to ensure no breakage occurs in the shipping of your order, this does happen on occasion.
As such, if a product gets damaged during shipment or arrives damaged upon a delivery, we will offer 100% refund and/or replacement (customer's choice) upon notification and proof of breakage (pictures of breakage required).

Unfortunately we do not produce our products in sample size. As such, samples are not available at this time.
However, we have included detailed tasting notes on each of our products (found on the individual product pages on our site), which give a great idea of what our products taste like. Similarly, you will find numerous video tastings of our products on YouTube. A good example is this video where our Strawberry Serrano Hot Sauce beat countless other fruit hot sauces to be named Best Fruit Hot Sauce by Good Mythical Morning.
