Our version of the classic South African condiment Piri-Piri Sauce (or Peri Peri Sauce, as it's known in some circles)! A magical Thai-Asian-inspired mix of caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and peri-peri peppers — small red chilies that pack some powerful back heat.
Winner of the 2012 Hot Pepper Award for Best Ethnic Sauce, winner of the 2013 Cajun Hot Sauce Festival Award for Best African Sauce, and winner of the 2013 Hot Pepper Award for Best Exotic Pepper Sauce.
Try it brushed over grilled meat, chicken and veggies, as a sandwich spread, on wings — heck, we even mix it with oil and vinegar and serve it as a salad dressing. We’ve kept it thick too, so you can also enjoy it as a dip!
