Returns & Refunds

As we sell a consumable food product, to be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and ready for immediate resale. Also returns much be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items that do not meet these qualities will be disqualified for possibility of refund or return.

To enable a return, please Contact Us with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will reply to the request with instructions on how and where to send returned goods.

We strongly recommend you ship returned goods with traceable postage to avoid the possibility of "lost packages" or other similar situations as we cannot accept a return if we do not receive it.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned.

When returned item(s) has been received and inspected, customer will be notified via email from the Seller about the status of the refund and return.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased from third-party companies and/or brick and mortar stores. Please return those items or seek refunds for your purchase from their places of purchase.

Damaged Products

While we will do our best to ensure no breakage occurs in the shipping of your order, this does happen on occasion.

As such, if a product gets damaged during shipment or arrives damaged upon a delivery, we will offer 100% refund and/or replacement (customer's choice) upon notification and proof of breakage (pictures of breakage required).
