TBH, wasn't expecting this much flavor along with the heat. This sauce is nicely tangy for dishes you just want to kick up a notch. Hard not to reach for it first.

While visiting New Orleans, the clerk directed me to a bottle of Purry-Purry Sauce which I thought to take home as a treat. Finished it before the vacation ended and ordered three more bottles.
Nice Thai flavor with just the right amount of heat - this stuff is addictive and goes with almost any dish or snack.

On first tasting the Mexican-Style Habanero, I expected the immediate heat but also got a sweet spicy, chili flavor. Then the afterburn kicked in. Nicely intense and with lasting flavor, this is now one of my favorites!

I tried the Mexican-Style Habanero on a Disney Cruise and was sold immediately. The apple cider vinegar combined with the heat is the perfect combo. Great flavor and just the right amount of heat to go with it. Ordered 3 bottles already and plan to restock when needed.

I think I’m on my 4th or 5th case (12-pack) of Hiss-y Fit. I’ve been big into very-hot sauces for many years now, but finding sauces that are “hot enough” while also still tasting great can be difficult to say the least. I received a bottle of this sauce as a gift and there was no going back to anything else since. It’s my go-to for everything from breakfast eggs to late night pizza. I love this stuff and will continue buying it as long as Fat Cat keeps making it!

I have a hard time choosing red or green for my weekend breakfast burrito, so I alternate between bites.

My roommate and I are not new to hot sauces, I just counted how many hot sauces we have in our frig and we currently have 22 different types! And yes we go through them fast. Fat Cat is now our most used sauce. The company seems very chill, and also left a hand written "thank you, again" or something similar with each order. I like everything about them.
