Fat Cat Pineapple-Habanero Cocktail
A fun and fruity tropical drink with a hint of spice at the end -- a great spin on a classic tropical libation.
Ingredients:
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. spiced rum
2 tsp. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4-1/2 tbsp Fat Cat Mexican-Style Habanero (depending on heat level)
Instructions:
Stir ingredients well in cocktail shaker and then pour over ice into a Collins glass to serve. Garnish with a chunk of pineapple on the rim if desired.
