After finding Fat Cat Maple-Bourbon Hot Sauce at a local Firehouse Sub Shop .... I'm in love with Fat Cat. Placed an order for multiple sauces and within three days the order was delivered, along with a bonus bottle just because I wrote them a personal email. Every sauce I've tried has been outstanding!

Unexpected compliment

My wife asked me if I wanted a snack before dinner and I said sure and she brought me a plate of celery sticks with peanut butter just as my order arrived from yall and I figured why not a splash of your sauce and holy moly! The saltiness of the peanut butter with the maple straight away and an ever so slightly kick of bourbon and spice! Hot damn that’s a great flavor! I’ll be ordering again! Cheers from North Carolina!

Not only was this was delivered so quickly, but it tastes amazing! I am using this with my peach ginger glazed chicken and can’t wait for the extra that this sauce will give to this recipe! Can’t wait to try more flavors!!

I knew by the name I was going to love it. Sweet, but not overbearing, with a perfect kick to it. I’m halfway through the bottle and have only had it a couple of weeks. Can’t wait to try the rest of them.
