We gave this to some friends as a gift. They said it is so delicious with the perfect amount of heat.

It is very spicy but don't let that scare you. The flavor is amazing. Versatile, balanced, complex. Definitely not a one note hot sauce, nor is it spicy for the sake of being spicy. I rebuy it from a local vendor every time I run out, and it lasts a long time, since you only need a bit for most foods. It works great at adding heat to creamy foods like mac and cheese. It's phenomenal on eggs. I just love it!

Our favorite sauce since we first discovered a bottle on the shelves in Marshalls. The balance of sweet and zesty is just right.

Strawberry Serrano Hot Sauce

Ok I like hot sauce with great flavor and this peach maple flavor is on point and tastes great! If I’m being honest it’s got a permanent place on my shelf at home!

I generally don't like hot sauces because they are about nothing but heat with no taste . This scorpion pepper/habanero is one of the best tasting sauces I have ever had and I never realized the flavor profile of either of those peppers before I had this sauce . I'm probably going to buy every flavor they have because this one was so good .

A lot of datil products emphasize the heat over the flavor. Fat Cat's Florida Sauce lets the fruitiness of the datil shine through, perfectly complimented by citrus. This is datil done right! I live not very far from St. Augustine and I can say this is the BEST datil sauce I have ever tasted! 100% recommended to fans of the tropical and fans of rare-ish peppers!

Very mild hot sauce on the heat scale but I like that - it lets the flavor shine through. And boy it is good. I slathered my eggs with it this morning. Didn't need to add salt or pepper. I can't wait to try the other flavors I ordered! I also know where I'm doing my Christmas shopping this fall.
